Reverb Furnaces

We design and manufacture the most complete line of monolithic refractory products for reverb furnaces.

Our MATRICAST, MATRIFLO, MATRIPUMP, and QUICK CAST® product lines have provided successful campaigns over many years. Specialty products for these vessels include refractories containing zircon and silicon carbide. Patches and repairs can be accomplished with MATRIGUN gunning mixes and MATRIPHOS plastics.

Allied can provide facilities the following to ensure optimal operating performance:

  • Complete monolithic lining options
  • Refractory designs based on the latest steady state heat flow and FEA technology.
  • Analytical services including dross analysis and refractory troubleshooting.
